A very warm welcome from staff and the owner Mr Harun Cadirci with welcome drinks and useful information. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, minutes from lots of places to eat, shopping, and walking distance to all the major sites, yet on a quiet road with minimal/barely any street noise. The rooms were nicely decorated (ornate yet light and airy), well appointed, and spacious. We were kindly given an option of a free upgrade to better accommodate a cot. The bathroom was very clean and modern, and had a really good shower. One of the highlights of this delightful hotel was the relaxing breakfast with the amazing rooftop views of Istanbul. Starting mornings with a variety of food and drink which changed daily with staff on hand to help if needed. The rooftop was also available to sit and relax on throughout the day with complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Complimentary delicious apple tea was offered whenever we wanted which was a really nice touch. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and went out of their way to not only be helpful but ensure we had a lovely time during our stay. The personal touch made everything seem like a home away from home, with gifts on arrival and on leaving. We were warmly greeted throughout the day and asked how everything was going or even if we needed anything else. Thank you to Mr Harun Cadirci and the amazing staff for making our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel in Istanbul.

The most beautiful building on the street, the hotel is not big but very cozy. The stuff is extremely polite and helpful. They have solved all our problems, answered all our questions, helped us with transportation cards and restaurants. Their morning services for breakfast were very pleasant. The building is soundproof, we were not disturbed by our neighbors. Airconditioning was working perfectly. Cleaning service was very good, the bathroom condiments were at hand and always replenished. The hotel was providing free bottled water, tea bags, etc. The hotel is very close to the tram station, cafes and restaurants. An opportunity to go anytime by the elevator to the upstairs terrace with a view on the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and a great coffee machine was an additional bonus. There is a suggestion book in the lobby and we had absolutely nothing to suggest because everything was perfect. Wonderful room, lovely bed, quality sheets, pristine bathroom, hot shower with good pressure, great breakfast … I could go on and on. Amazing place to stay.
