We have stayed in many hotels all around the world and many even within Istanbul, but the hospitality we received at White House Hotel was the really the best! Even though I had read all the positive reviews online, I was still blown away at the level of kindness and service provided by every single member of staff. From the welcome gift, welcome drinks and surprises during our stay, to the beautifully decorated large room (triple occupancy) and of course the location being the closest proximity to the Aya Sofia that I’ve ever stayed in - everything was just perfect. The breakfast spread was great and the view of the Aya Sofia being so close from the roof top was remarkable. The hotel owner and his staff were some of the nicest people we met and I can’t recommend this hotel high enough. Our room was so spacious and cosy, and water bottles were provided to us everyday. There was even a tea and coffee machine on the rooftop to have at any time. They also arranged airport transportation for us at a very reasonable price. You can easily walk to the Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque in just a few minutes. There are also many nice restaurants, convenience stores and gift shops in the surrounding area. Overall this was one of our best trips to Istanbul and staying at the White House Hotel made it that extra special for us. Thank you again to all the staff members and we look forward to returning again. I recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul.

The most beautiful building on the street, the hotel is not big but very cozy. The stuff is extremely polite and helpful. They have solved all our problems, answered all our questions, helped us with transportation cards and restaurants. Their morning services for breakfast were very pleasant. The building is soundproof, we were not disturbed by our neighbors. Airconditioning was working perfectly. Cleaning service was very good, the bathroom condiments were at hand and always replenished. The hotel was providing free bottled water, tea bags, etc. The hotel is very close to the tram station, cafes and restaurants. An opportunity to go anytime by the elevator to the upstairs terrace with a view on the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and a great coffee machine was an additional bonus.
