White House Hotel Istanbul

The staff was AMAZING! We arrived at 7 in the morning after an 11 hour flight from Vietnam, not expecting to check in, just wanted to leave our luggage. We were given coffee, provided an upgraded room, and were in our room within 30 minutes. The front desk manager helped us book trips, provided recommendations of what was available within walking distance, and gave us great directions. The bell boys, breakfast staff, and housekeeper all wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. If you travel to Istanbul, this is a great place to stay and within walking distance to all the main attractions.

The most beautiful building on the street, the hotel is not big but very cozy. The stuff is extremely polite and helpful. They have solved all our problems, answered all our questions, helped us with transportation cards and restaurants. Their morning services for breakfast were very pleasant. The building is soundproof, we were not disturbed by our neighbors. Airconditioning was working perfectly. Cleaning service was very good, the bathroom condiments were at hand and always replenished. The hotel was providing free bottled water, tea bags, etc. The hotel is very close to the tram station, cafes and restaurants. An opportunity to go anytime by the elevator to the upstairs terrace with a view on the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and a great coffee machine was an additional bonus. Location is super plus walking 3 to 5 min to the heart of old city near most of touristic Attarations sultanhamet mosque Aya sofia...restaurants .& shops are also very close ....Although the hotel street still quite no noise at night ... Stuff are exceptional , very friendly welcoming atmosphere..nice hospitality..offering help & guide any time ...offered complementry tea ...cofee ..sweats ...we would love to come back .special thanks to Ata ..Kamal ..Tugay ..Abdulsamet ...appreciated. Rooms are very clean neat ..House keeping is regular no delay ..only room size is small but still adequate for couple .AC is there for both cool & hot . Breakfast is nice to add . adequate ..not much variation...restaurant at roof very good atmosphere & view 👌..special thanks to Sinem ..thanks for the nice Turkish coffee ☕️.. Hotel is very simple cool atmosphere ..temp regulated ..clean ...very convenient to move around without transport ...Highly recommend for family & couples ... Noot No other facilities / entertainment like swimming pool or health club .

The elegant design, cozy atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a luxurious retreat. Breakfast on the terrace was another highlight of our stay. The delicious variety of fresh and traditional Turkish delicacies, paired with a breathtaking view of the city, was the perfect way to start each day. I stayed at the property for four nights prior to going to Pamukkale for two. I was happy that I had already booked an additional two nights for when I returned to Istanbul. So I stayed there twice for a total of six nights. Great location close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cistern. Friendly, helpful staff. The owner/manager Harum even showed up with a chocolate lava cake, complete with fresh strawberries, at my door on the last night of my first stay. And the front desk clerk gave me a gift upon my final departure. I would love to have an opportunity to stay at the White House Hotel again.
